I was apprehensive at signing up at first. The web is overpopulated with sites that promise so much, and give little in return. However, in the first week that I have had the membership, it has already made my life as an IT administrator much easier. I regret not having paid for the membership sooner.

I don't usually do this but I have to tell you. The C drive on my PC was maxed out and I was looking for some advice when I found your site. I joined and found several suggestions on how to ghost it and swap it out with a larger drive. Boy did that save me a bunch of time. After that I was left with a Microsoft Office "patch" problem. I searched your site and sure enough, found a suggestion that fixed it right away. Your site has been a big big help to me and I wanted to say thank you.

I have been using Expert exchange for the past 3 years and found it very useful for all my programming issues! I appreciate the community attached to experts-exchange and like to congratulate the staff of experts-exchange for the 10th anniversary and hope that it will continue to provide same service in future.

Although I have been and continue to remain a subscriber here, I have typically avoided direct questioning. Why? I simply don't have weeks to wait on the chance that someone might answer with information that could be of value. On this particular issue I have spent untold (or unwilling to tell) hours researching a solution. Although I had actually been quite close to a resolution, I was never able to get there entirely on my own. Barely 10 minutes after posting, enough correct, clear and concise information was provided such that I was able to remove myself from a seemingly "CATCH 22" position and was saved from having to reformat this particular system.
