Problem with OnTime Application.

Hi Experts,

I asked a question a while ago regarding an OnTime application and from the responses I got a much more refined code than what I had, however I am still having problems with it. Please see link

After testing this code more I am having some problems with it. Sometimes I get the error "script out of range". It seems to save at irregular intervals. I currently have it open and it is set to save every 2 minutes. So far it has saved at 2:30pm, 2:35, 2:37, 2:47, 2:51, 2:53, (at 2:57 got "script out of range error"). Also when I close it and don't close excel it re-opens. When it close it and close excel it doesn't re-open.
