How do I get rid of W32.Gaobot.ADV

My laptop is running close to 100% cpu. I used msconfig to keep only the essential programs at startup. I did not have this problem a few days ago. I ran Registry Booster 2 days ago. I see nwiz.exe in the startup list. Research says it could be a virus or worm. How do i get rid of it? When I do a Windows Search it doesn't find it.Start Free Trial
