can't go to any antivirus website,

I can go to any antivirus website, can do any brosing. my system is totally gone mad. plz help.
I have purchased norton, already installed but again can't activate the product due to this virus. Norton live update asking me theinternet connection and i have that, but virus is stopping me to connect to symantic server.

please help.
