How do I Import objects from an R60 to an R65 which is running on a dfferent server?

Hi there
I need to move one of my firewalls from one part of the network to another, effectively moving the rulebase to a firewall which is already in place on the new part of the network.  

The old management server was runniong R60, the new one s R65.  I need to import all of the objects from the R60 to the new R65 box, and there's a huge number of objects to go in, including nodes, nets, and multiple groups.  Can someone let me know if there's any way to do this?  Step by step would be preferable!!
