LDAP test fails  on Barracude 300

Just installed a BArracuda Spam Firewall 300 and the LDAP test fails. I tested an LDAP query with an LDAP browser and I can connect without issue. Here are the results of the test:

lookup order: fb

answering client connection request from 127.0.0.1/33396
received from 127.0.0.1/33396: GET email@domain.com
email address: email@domain.com
telling 127.0.0.1/33396: 200 550 DB verification agent failed%3A
received from 127.0.0.1/33396: QUIT
hanging up on client 127.0.0.1/33396
exiting on SIGTERM
