outlook, malicious tracing email headers
I have a customer who was sent a nasty email, in the header info I can see it was sent through (HELO webmail-outgoing.us4.outblaze.com) (205.158.62.67) and that originated in the UK at Originating-Ip: 82.152.243.201, this is an Eclipse ip address. Does anyone know if the ISP is obliged to "give up" the originator that sent the email? Is there anything in UK "law" that requires them to respond to a request for help with this?
