recovering cisco IDS Image

Dear All,

  Im trying to recover cisco IDS image using the rommon mode, i connected my internal IDS interface to a seperate switch and connected my pc to the same switch,  i have done the below steps.

rommon> address 10.10.10.1
rommon> server 10.10.10.10 ( my tftp server)
rommon> file the ( image file name)
rommon>tftp
but im getting this error  TFTP failed (return:-1 arg:0x0)
i can ping my tftp server from the rommon mode but im unable to ping the IDS from my tftp server, please help
