Cisco IDS image recovery

Hi Experts.

I am using a Cisco IDS 4215, I think I have a problem in my image, I connected my console cable and started it, i keep in getting check for a valid disk image, i got an image file ( IPS-4215-K9-sys-1.1-a-5.1-7-E1.img) file, I have recovered my image using the CTRL + R and loaded the new image but still i got the same message, what could be the problem, kindly assist.
