Windows Vista Problem

Zones:

Windows ATL / WTL / COM Programming, Windows Vista, InterSystems Cache

I have just updated a windows xp home AMD computer to windows vista. I keep getting an error message of "GetDriveLayOut: CreateFile fail! Access is denied". How do I find out what is causing this and fix it?
