i need to stop the trainee's conversion process so that the user still can continue to access win98. what should u do?

i'm senior help disk technician. all user have computers that run win xp prof and they all use pc's that have dual boot configuration. these computers have both win xp professional and win98 insatlled.
physical 0 driver letter c file system fat32 volume windows 98 boot
physical 0 driver letter d file system fat32 volume windows xp professional system and boot
physical 1 driver letter e file system fat32 volume data

a helpdesk trainee has helpped an employee to converts drives D and E on his pc to NTFS. He inadvertently runs convert.exe on driver c to and is now worried that the pc will no longer be able to start win98 after the computer restarts.

i need to stop the trainee's conversion process so that the user still can continue to access win98. what should u do?
