Video Pluggin / Component / Hosting without advertising and provider logo

Hi experts.

I need a video component or video hosting which provide services in streaming videos without any advertising and provider logo. I don't want to use the default windows media player pluggin and i need some sort like youtube or similar pluggin.

Any recommendation?
