Unable to capture video since downloading XP Service pack 3

I've been unable to capture video using the described camcorder on several computers after installing service pack 3.  It worked fine before the upgrade.  I'm using a firewire cable for the connection and I've been attempting to capture using Pinnicle Studio suite and Windows Media Player.  I can capture video off this camera on my home computer which has xp SP2.  I also tried another camera (Panasonic) which works fine on all computers.  I'm suspecting there is a compatibility issue with the JVC.  Any ideas?Start Free Trial
