Is there any 3rd party control in ASP.NET for audio manipulation?

So what I really need is controls to display an audio wave, and to like take a portion of it, copy it, and paste it somewhere else, record new stuff on top of it, move around it, fast forward, rewind, stop, pause; that kind of stuff, also controls like volume buttons, and also to be able to import / export in different formats and quality. Bottom line, I'm looking for something like Telerik, DevExpress or Infragistics but specialized for audio.

Any suggestion is much appreciated.
