How can I draw a text Glyph by Glyph in Arabic?

In my graphic text writing application, I need to separate the glyphs of an Arabic text and use the glyphs separately. As you know the glyphs in Arabic language is diffrent in initial, medial, isolated, final and combined form. It's not easy like English texts.
How can I get the glyphs out of a text (Arabic language) one by one?
