I have a 1.8ghz 2G ram intel r61 laptop

I load directx and c++ and run some programs. on my pc which is a 2.6ghz amd it runs fine, but on my laptop the background shifts a kittke and when i turn an object the graphics seem to merge on the background. both are configured the same so i dont know.

is it because onboard memory video not as good? my pc also has onboard video.
