Where could i post my game idea / would anybody be willing to help me with it?

I have an idea for a multiplayer HL2(half-life 2) source mod and I know barely anything about programming for Source. Is there any place, like a website, where i could post my idea and have others collaborate on it for free?
If there isn't any place like that, would anybody here be willing to help me with this? It wouldn't require too much modification of the original game.
