The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. java classpath in ANT not being used

When I issue an ant run in this case I get a class not found exception stating that a class was not found:

Though this class's jar file (commons-logging.jar) is definitely in the classpath, i even added it explicitly at the top of the build script. Which I'm guessing I did wrong.

I can get the app to run when I issue the command below on the commandline. I'd like to have it running from the build file though:

java -cp .;EventZipFile.jar;PATH_TO_APP\web\WEB-INF\lib\commons-logging.jar;PATH_TO_APP\web\WEB-INF\lib\mysql-connector-java-5.0.4-bin.jar com.myapp.webapp.action.event.GenerateEventZipFile

Anyway, I'm a complete ant newb so  please dont assume anything.
