Mouse click macro

Can someone tell me please if it is possible to make a macro so when the left mouse button is pressed to send a key also ?
--in other words ... Left click --> send key "A" once, only when/after the mouse button is pressed with defined delay
(I dont want to replace the mouse click function with a key, but to send the key right after the mouse click)
Any software to do that ? I try Qmacro.. but I dont know how to make the script..
