how to create user and groups in solaris 10 in gui mode

hi there
i am trying to create user in solaris 10 but i cant find GUI tool to create
like in solaris 9 i seen administrative tool but in solaris 10 i cant find the option to create in GUI mode

through note  i know so far is
firs i need to create a group then a user in that group

command is
groupadd -g 200 accounting
where -g means groupid which is  200( why 200 ?)
then  i being told is
0-60000  for groups
0-99 - reserved for OS
100-60000 -can be used to create groups

can any one explain me clear what that number are . and they really important .

if possible compare with window users . it will give me a good idea.
and the excat commands so that i use same for rest of the time
