Oracle performance on Hp UX

a WTX node with oracle10g is been set-up on HP UX. a WTX map has to be deployed. this takes 2 hrs to deploy the WTX map. When the same thing is setup on LINUX it takes 30min to depoy the same map.

I am worried about the response time. is it the issue with Database OR OS.
