How can I program hooks for OS/2

I'm trying program hooks in OS/2 with C or C++, but I've not idea how to implement it, I've try to use the function HK_INPUT - Input Hook, and HK_MSGINPUT - Message Input Hook but I haven't idea how to implement it.
