how to resolve activesync problem 0x80072FOD on a WM6 HTC

I am able to sync my outlook with my iphone without much issue, but when I try to do that with my HTC Pro, I had input everything the same as I am setting up outlook on my computer to sync over the internet, the computer works fine but the HTC returns with an error code of 0x80072FOD.
