Hi

I recently bought a SMC wireless 802.11n pci card and I was having some troubles more precisely the all famous BBOD thinking that it was a card problem I went and returned it and got a better and more expensive card a linksys WMP300N. I came home and went searching for the drives for my windows vista 64 bits after I had found them I installed the card and it was fine for a few minutes, but then it gave me a blue screen. So I restarted and saw the same problem as soon as I entered, I disconnected the card and reconnected and it still gave blue screen most of the times, so I disconnected the card again and only connected when I got to windows this worked fine for a few minutes then the PC jammed and restart here we go. After the restart it still gave blue screen sometimes but now it just works for a few minutes and after those few minutes it just jams no matter if your doing anything or not. The only way that the PC doesn't jam is for me to disconnect the card or to simply deactivate it on the hardware manager.

So now for some info about what I did, I already installed a older version of the Atheros drives (linksys doesn't have official drives for the card so people that have this card need to use the drives of the chipset). I have also installed the most recent drives after I have uninstaled the older ones, I have changed the PCI slot, I also reseted the bios, but so far nothing worked. This problem only seems to exist with wireless n cards since I have a G card and this doesn't happen. I have been around this thing for 3 hours now, and I have lost all my patience about this problem so if anyone has any ideas please say something.
