Media Player Video Acceleration Configure for whole network.

Hi
We have a windows 2003 server running with AD, 40 client machines running xp pro.

The problem.  We have a internal portal with videos on, this is accessed through internet explorer.  To get them to play i need to lower the video acceleration to half.  This is on the performance tab of Media player 11.  Atm the only way to get them to work is for every user to change this setting.  Is there a way to configure this setting either through an GPO or registry setting applied to each machine?
