SMS clients within remote boundaries do not dowload package into cache

We have an SMS 2003 site which consists of several IP subnets. It this site we have several DPs almost one for each subnet. But for one subnet we do not have dedicated DP. So this subnet is registered in a common DP as a remote boundary.

Now we have a software package that we want to be run directly from the DP for local subnets, but from cache for the one remote subnet. We set the advertisement properly (see the screenshot), but for remote boundary IP subnet the package is not downloaded. CAS.log of the client said: No matching local DP location found.

I think that we set everything properly, but we may ommit something.
