NTBACKUP on 2003 Server Fails

I have an NTBACKUP that fails on a 2003 Server with the below errors.  It has all service packs and patches.


Error: E: is not a valid drive, or you do not have access.


Error: An inconsistency was encountered in the requested backup file.

Error: RDFC01\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group is not a valid drive, or you do not have access.Start Free Trial
