Local Computer Not acesses

Hello I have one small business server . & also i have more then 20 to 30 user in our domain. I am facing network related . if i am accessing any computer on our network than its saying \\(computer name) is  not accessible you may not have permission to use this network resource contact to administrator etc..

This problem is not for all time. Some time i am accessing the some computer But not all computer at a time.
