This update resolves some compatibility and reliability issues in Windows Vista. By applying this update, you can achieve better reliability and hardware compatibility in various scenarios. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.

This is the error message we see every time we attempt to install this update.  Computer goes into shutdown and states the updates are installed and configured (3 parts).  The computer reboots and then come back to the configuration window stating it is finishing part 3, reboots and when it comes back to the configuration window this time it reports the update failed and the computer is reverting.  This update was orginally issued in Nov 07.
