KDE Fedora:How do I add a "open terminal here?"

I am using KDE on Fedora-9 x64. My default file manager is "dolphin (why)? In earlierversions of Fedora and i CentOS you can right click while the FS, right click and get "Open terminal here". Why don't I see this useful feature here?
