How should a make a bluetooth Dropbox system that does not require pairing.

I need to build a networked service that will recieve any file sent to it via bluetooth, and after a quick virus check put it on a tempory web page or file share.

The application is for a school, to collect photos/videos etc from students without having to pair or otherwise configure their personal mobile phones. (There can be a child protection issue if a member of staff has to go through a students phone to find the right image!)

I was hoping to use debian Linux to drive a bluetooth dongle, and tell students when in the office, to just send the item in question via bluetooth to whatever name it box was broadcasting. After that a quick samba share or php page serving the files back out would allow them or us to put them in the right place.

I don`t really want to reduce the security on our windows workstations to allow this, and I would like to avoid having to pair each device as this then leaves reminents on the devices.

Can anyone suggest a good mechinism?

Thanks
