CopY DB2 FILES FROM OS 5.4 TO  5.1

HI,
My productions system is a 520 machine running ver 5.4 OS/400.  My test machine is a 820 running 5.1 . In order to update my test machine I need to copy the database files, not the programs themselves.   Because the gap between the 2 operating systems is 3 generations I can't backup and restore files from the 5.4 machine to the 5.1 one. Upgrading the OS on the test machine is too expensive since I don't have a software subscription.  The only way I've manged to do the update is by creating a DDM file and then using file copy.  But this is good only for one file, not the 10000 files I need for updating the system.
