Microsoft VPN Issue with Multiple Subnets

I have two sites that use a Site to Site VPN to connect each other. The Site to Site is using Sonic Walls for the connection. The clients use Microsoft VPN to connect when outside the network. My problem is that the clients can only see one subnet when using the Microsoft VPN. The other cannot be contacted unless the user RDP's into a machine on the network. Then they can ping or RDP to the remote subnet.
