CRM Queue Errors and possible spam sending from SBS2003 server

Hi Guys,
 
I have little experience with Microsoft CRM so would appreciate some direction here if possible.
 
I'm getting the above error on one of my servers running Microsoft CRM. Now I believe this event happens when the password for the account that is being used to run the service has expired. I can correct that no problems. However the info about this error says: The message 'Vegas casino' failed to deliver to all servers, or some other similarly suspicious message subject which sounds awfully like spam attempting to be sent from the server. There is always mail in the queue for domains that my clients have never heard of. Thankfully, because the account password is most likely incorrect, none of it gets sent.
 
I don't want to correct the password problem until I can be sure it's not going to be sending out spam at a crazy rate. In case it's important I run TM CSM for SMB and am upgrading to Worry free 5 Advance today.
