HOW TO: Configure CRM 4.0 in Citrix environment via logon script

We have a citrix environment where crm 4.0 outlook client is now installed.  The installatino went ok, however, we need logon scripts to configure the client.  Need help in creating this script to automaticaly configure the outlook crm client wihtout any user input.
