Licence Error with KB_SQL

I have a piece of software installed on our server to connect to a mumps Database, call KB_SQL it allows me to take data from a mumps database and use it in access, SQL Crystal etc, however when i try using the software i get this error

[Knowledge Based Systems, Iinc.][Server API][V4.4.4819]SQL Connect: Exceeded KB_SQL V4.4 License Limit

i get this error every time i try to connect ether via access or crystal reports, i have used it fine with crystal reports a number of times, but i started to use access and it worked fine then this error came up, now i cant use to software at all, on any of the PC/Servers that it is installed on. I have tried to logon to the software providers website but we dont have any logon details because the IT Manager who setup the software left. Any help or advice is much appreciated.
