How do I store and display photos in user stored in Active Directory - in Outlook/Exchange

We want to add user photos to accounts, stored in Active Directory, and be able to view them in the Exchange GAL and/or use them in Outlook (e.g. have it show automatically on email messages).

One thing I've tried:
I've inserted the jpeg data into the thumbnailphoto attribute of a user (could probably insert it into jpegphoto) via Hyena, but have no idea of how to get it to display in Outlook without exhaustive coding.Start Free Trial
