RDC 2.0 will not connect to Windows 2000 Server

Hey,
A client is having an issue where after upgrading to RDC 2.0 on OSX 10.5.5, they cannot connect to their Windows 2000 server.  "You were disconnected from the Windows-based computer because of problems during the licensing protocol" is the error received.  I have attached a picture of the exact error message.

They do have more than enough CALs.
We have tested the following:
RDC version 2.0 works fine on Mac OS X 10.4.11
RDC version 1.03 works everywhere.

So far we have tried changing the TS licensing methods, erased temporary licenses as suggested before(Global data 'trick'), rebooted the TS, and checked our firewalls.

Any advice will help.
Thanks
