when i put the disc into dvd-rom on IMAC, the disc keeps ejected, what is the exactly reason for this issue?

hi, there is a problem with dvd-rom keeps eject when i put the disc. After i put in the disc for few second, the disc's ejected automatically again.

how can i fix it?
